Understanding Time Sheet Supervisor and Director Accounts

There are two levels of supervision built into the time sheet system: Time Sheet Director and Time Sheet Supervisor.

Time Sheet Directors have the following powers:

  • They can access, approve, or reject any time sheet at any time (including time sheets that have been approved by others).
  • They can create customized reports at any level (site or program-wide).
  • They can pull up a list of reporters with overdue sheets and then e-mail those reporters.
  • They can receive notifications when site supervisors approve sheets

IMPORTANT: Time Sheet Director(s) will automatically be responsible for screening all sheets if you do not create Time Sheet Site Supervisor accounts.

Time Sheet Site Supervisors can have the following powers:

  • They can access, review, approve, and reject time sheets for one or more sites.

  • They can just access the sheets without having approval authority.

  • They can track which reporters need to submit sheets for their sites.

  • They can track which staff reporters need to screen sheets.

  • They can create customized reports for their sites.

You may have an unlimited number of Time Sheet Site Supervisors for any one site

IMPORTANT: If any Time Sheet Director will also be responsible for creating and managing your Time Sheet Templates, please click the option, “Create & Manage Time Sheet Templates.”
