Hiding Goals and Challenges from Reporters' View

All goals and challenges your reporters record in their reports are instantly visible to all reporters via the “Our Goals & Challenges” link on their Reporter Space pages.  

You may hide specific entries from reporters’ view. We encourage you to use this function sparingly as some reporters need to read others’ challenges before they feel comfortable with the idea of candidly sharing their own. In this portion of the Impact Suite, reporters’ names are not displayed with their recorded goals and challenges.

Here are the steps:

1. On the left side of your Mission Control, click Learning Community.

   
   

2. On the right, under Manage Goals & Challenges, click Hide specific challenges from view in your library. 

   
   You’ll be taken to a table that lists your reporters’ goals and challenges in ascending order from the date they were recorded (most recent to oldest).
   
   
3. To read an entry and determine whether it should be hidden, 

   • Click the “visible” link under the “Status” column.
     
     

4. If you’d like to hide the entry,

   • Click the Hide From View button at the bottom of the page.
     
     

5. To reveal a hidden entry:

   • Click the “hidden” link under the “Status” column of the entry at issue
     
     

   • Select the Make Visible button on the bottom of the next page.
