Deleting Categories

There maybe times when you will want to eliminate question categories. To do this, you'll need to delete or remove all questions (both active and archived) from the category you want to erase. 

Here are the steps: 

1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Report Management; and then
   
   

2. On the right, click Create and manage questions.
   
   

3. On the left, under Our Categories & Questions, find and select the category you would like to delete.
   
   All questions within that category will appear on the right.
   
   

4. Be sure to change the "Show" drop-down to Active and Archived, like this:
   
   

5. You will need to delete or move all of the questions from the category (both active and archived) you want to remove. So, for each question, use the Change Category button.
   
   

6. Once the question opens, you'll be able to change the category here.

8. Once you're satisfied with your changes, scroll to the bottom and click Edit this Question.
   
   

9. Repeat Steps 5 - 8 for all of the questions in the category.
