Run the Timesheet Totals report | Intervene when Fellows are beginning to get too far behind by creating an action plan with their Community Host Partner Supervisor. | |

Run the Completion Tracker for any Forms that were released this month | Check to see which Fellows aren't following through on reporting requirements. | |

If a Fellow withdraws or leaves the program early: Mark your Fellows as an early exit | This prevents Fellows no longer participating from receiving communications or being included in certain reports. It does not permanently delete their data. | |
