Your Impact Suite contains sensitive data, and protecting that data is a top priority. That’s why we’ve added a new security feature that gives you full control over when the America Learns Client Success Team can access your account.

This article will walk you through how to securely grant and revoke access, ensuring that support is always on your terms.


How to Grant Access to the America Learns Client Success Team 

When you need help from the America Learns Client Success Team, you can temporarily grant access to your Impact Suite. Follow the steps below to open access quickly and securely. 

  1. Log in to your Impact Suite

  2. On the bottom right, you will see an icon with a heart and a checkbox. Click it to get started. 
  3. A window will open. 
  4. To grant access, set a Start Date

  5. Set an End Date

  6. Click Authorize Access

How to Update or Revoke Access 

You can change or remove access for the America Learns Client Success Team anytime. Whether you need to update the access dates you've previously set or revoke access altogether, the steps below will guide you through the process quickly and securely. 

  1. Log in to your Impact Suite

  2. On the bottom right, you will see an icon with a heart and a checkbox. Click it to get started. 
  3. A window will open. 
  4. To update access, change the Start Date or End Date, and then click Update Access

  5. To remove access to your account, click Revoke Access Now
