editing and cloning your timesheet template

Timesheet templates will appear in alphanumeric order (with numbers appearing before letters).


Walkthrough


Edit a Template

Follow these steps:


  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Timesheets.

  2. On the right, click Create & manage timesheet templates.

  3. Near the bottom, select the template that you’d like to edit.

  4. Make any edits you need. Changes are saved automatically and are effective immediately.

    Remember: End Dates can be changed up until the day your last timesheet period launches. After that day, contact us to make any changes for you.

Clone a Template

Follow these steps:


  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Timesheets.

  2. On the right, click Create & manage timesheet templates.

  3. Near the bottom, select the template that you’d like to clone.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Clone link.

  5. A pop-up window will ask you to name the new template and select the template start and end dates.


IMPORTANT: You will need to customize the following sections on a cloned template
            -"Hours Not Receiving Credit For" options
            -Reminder Alerts
