Responding to Data as You Read it

Use the data viewing pages to quickly connect with your reporters -- congratulating them on a job well done and following up with them on how you can help them hurdle challenges and accomplish goals.  Every single data  viewing page in the Impact Suite facilitates this necessary communications and support practice by giving you an opportunity to e-mail and text people as you are reviewing their data.

On individual data viewing pages, the e-mail and texting link is on the top-right hand side of the page (see the circled link below).

E-mail on all other data viewing pages, when breaking out data for each reporter, you’ll see envelope and chart icons.  Click the envelope to bring up the e-mail and texting page.

Click the chart to view each of the reports that the individual submitted during the selected time period.
