Viewing Completion Rates: Completion Tracker

Follow these steps to view the report completion rates for each individual reporter and for each report launch.


  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Report Data.

  2. On the right side of the page, under Individual Reporter Data, select Completion tracker.



  3. On the next page, select the time period for which you are interested in viewing completion data.
     

  4. Then click View.

     

  5. Note that once you are on the Completion Tracker page, you can sort the table by selecting the column you'd like to sort by, including:

    • Specific individual, by last Name (this is the default)

    • Most Recent Site

    • Individuals’ report Completion Percentage

       


Icons in the Completion Tracker

The Legend explains how to interpret the icons in the Completion Tracker:


a. The reporter was assigned this report and has completed it. Click the graph icon to view and/or edit the report.




b. The reporter was assigned this report, but they have not yet completed it. Click the X icon if you'd like to remove the report from the assigned reports queue for this reporter.


c. The reporter was assigned this report, but they selected the "Did Not Participate" option instead of submitting any report data.

Important Note: "Did Not Participate" is an optional feature in your Impact Suite and can be turned on/off by our Success Team. If you need to make changes to your settings for this feature, please email support@americalearns.net



d. The reporter was not assigned this report. The most common reasons for this include:

(1) the reporter was deactivated during the launch of the report; 
(2) the launch settings did not include this reporter in who should complete this report.




Taking Action from within Your Completion Tracker

Your completion tracker is a living table. You can take a number of actions through this page. Here's how:


  1. To e-mail or text anybody from this table, click the envelope icon to the right of the person’s name.

  2. To view the entire report completion history of any individual reporter, click the person’s name.


  3. Select the hyperlink underneath the launch dates to preview the form that was launched to reporters.

  4. Select the hyperlink Extended Through DD/MM/YYYY to access each report's launch settings and make edits.
    For example: you can change the extension period to allow reporters to submit any outstanding reports.
