Java and Clear Cache (Staff/Supervisor)
The likely cause for this issue is an out-of-date or corrupt version of Java.
On the computer you were using, could you do the following for me?
1) Update your Java. Please download and reinstall a clean version at www.java.com.
2) Once Java is updated, hold down Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard for three seconds.
3) Close your browser and then reopen it, log in.
