Updating 3D Matrix Questions
You can update 3D matrix questions at any time by following these steps:
- From your Mission Control, on the left, click Report Management.
- On the right, click Create and manage questions.
- Open the category and find the 3D matrix question you would like to update. Click the Edit icon (paper with pencil) to open the question.
- Scroll to find the question you'd like to edit.
- In Step 1, you can rename, re-order, and add new rows.
Re-order rows by using the Move Up or Move Down links.
Add additional rows using the Add Additional Row link. - In Step 2, you can rename, re-order, and add new columns.
- Add additional columns by clicking the Add Another Column link.
- If you have any columns that are single or multi-select questions, you can add additional options, re-order options, and deactivate options at any time.
- Add additional columns by clicking the Add Another Column link.
- Once you are done editing the rows and columns, tell the Impact Suite which cells in the matrix are required. Either use the Make All Cells Required link or click the specific cells that will be required.
- To save your updates, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Edit this Question button.
