Updating Fields to allow Reporters to see, edit (and lock)

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.

  2. On the right, click Manage reporter accounts.

  3. On the right, use the More drop-down menu and select Manage Fields and Profile Layout.

  4. Find the field you want to update and click it. This will open a window.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the window; and, find the section called Reporter Profile Page Access.

  6. Choose the relevant options:
    - Allow reporters to see this field on their profile page.
    - Allow reporters to edit this field on their profile page.
    - Once this field is populated for a given reporter, do not allow edits by that reporter.

  7. Click Update to save your changes.
