Updating Your Timesheet Template End Date


IMPORTANT: Timesheet template end dates may be edited until the launch of the final timesheet period. After that, you'll need to reach out to us at support@americalearns.net for help here.


To update a template, follow these steps:


  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Timesheets.

  2. On the right, click Create & manage timesheet templates.

  3. At the bottom, select the template that you’d like to update.

  4. Expand the section of the template called The Basics.

  5. Locate the panel for Start & End Dates and in the bottom right, click Edit.
     
  6. A window will open, select Edit to update the End Date:


  7. Select the new End Date. 

  8. Once the date has been updated, you'll have the option to update the Personal End Dates of reporters whose Personal End Date corresponded with the original Template End Date.

    1. Select Display all relevant reporters below to see eligible reporters.

    2. Make the appropriate selections of reporters to reflect the Personal End Date updates you'd like to make.

    3. Click Save in the pop-up window to finish making your updates.

  9. Click Save in the panel.
