Exporting Limited Time Sheet Data (to Excel)

To view and export limited time sheet data from your reporter profiles to excel:

  1. On the left-hand side of your Mission Controlclick Reporters, Staff, & Sites.
     
  2. On the right, click Manage reporter accounts.
     
  3. Towards the top-right, use the More drop-down menu to select Export Reporters.
     
  4. Choose how you’d like to organize your roster, then the right, click the Select Fields to Include button.
     
  5. Choose the time sheet template (Current or Past) setting fields you would like to include.

  6. Choose the time sheet setting fields you would like to include:
    • Slot Types
    • Approved Hours
    • Pending Hours
    • First Date with Data
    • Most Recent Date with Data
    • Blackout Dates
       
  7. Click the Export to Excel button:
     
  8. Download your report from the pop-up window.  (Be sure your web browser’s settings allow pop-ups from the americalearns.net domain.)
