Reporter's Timesheet Dashboard: The 'Where You Are' table

This is designed to help reporters stay on-top of their service term.

Here's an overview of this important tool for reporters:

  1. Your Timesheet Period - reflects the Personal Start and End Date of the reporter. If a reporter has served multiple terms, they can toggle between them using the drop-down menu.

  2. Where You Are - you have control over the text that goes under this heading.
Need to change it? Reach out to us at support@americalearns.net

  3. AMERICORPS HOURS - Accruing Hours. Time from categories and subcategories will be deducted from the total hours reporter must accrue entered for each of your Time Sheet Associations. The label for Accruing Hours is customizable in your Timesheet Template settings.

  4. MEAL TIME - Non-Accruing Hours. Time from categories and subcategories will NOT be deducted from the total hours reporter must accrue entered for each of your Time Sheet Associations. The label for Accruing Hours is customizable in your Timesheet Template settings.

  5. Remaining Hours / Weeks - Total Hours Reporter Must Accrue / Weeks left in reporter's term based on Personal Start and End Date, as well as any additional Blackout Dates.

  6. Average Number of Weekly Hours Needed for Education Award Eligibility - Calculation based on Remaining Hours divided by Remaining Weeks. You can choose to show or hide this statistics in your Timesheet Template settings.

  7. Pending Hours - includes time that has been submitted by the reporter, but not yet approved by supervisors and/or directors.

  8. Approved Hours - includes time that has been fully approved by supervisors and/or directors.

Once time has been approved, your reporters will also be able to view time broken out by subcategory! They'll just need to click the Show Details and Hide Details links.
