Mark your Fellow as early exit
This prevents Fellows no longer participating from receiving communications or being included in certain reports. It does not permanently delete their data.
Begin by logging into the Fellow Impact Suite.
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click Fellows, Staff, & Community Host Sites.
- On the right, under Manage Fellows, select Manage fellow accounts.
- Click on the name of the Fellow you wish to archive.
- Open the panel called Fellow Details - Cohort 3.
Note: You may see one or more panels with a Cohort #, depending on how many years your Fellow has participated in, so be sure you select the CURRENT cohort year's panel.
On the right, click the Edit button. - In the pop-up window, change the Cohort 3: Completion Status (Primary Reason this Fellow is Exiting) by selecting why the Fellow is exiting early and clicking Update.
Status Definition 01: Full Term: Completed (served 450+ hours) Fellow served 450+ hours. 02: Full Term: Graduated (served 300 - 449 hours) Fellow served 300 - 449 hours. 03: Full Term: Served 299 hours or less Fellow served through the end of the program date but did not serve 300+ hours. 04: Early Exit: Compelling Personal Circumstance Fellow exited the program due to serious illness, death of an immediate family member, etc. Conditions outside of the Fellow's control. 05: Early Exit: Student had insufficient time College Corps is too much for a time commitment. 06: Early Exit: Student is no longer eligible Fellow did not maintain full-time enrollment, transferred to another institution, etc. 07: Early Exit: Dissatisfaction with the program Fellow is dissatisfied with the College Corp program and determined it is not a good fit 08: Early Exit: Impact on financial aid Fellow choose not to continue participating due to impact on their financial aid package. 09: Early Exit: Other Only use this option if instructed by the College Corps team. 10: Did not start the program Student never started serving with College Corps. - Scroll up to the Name & Contact Details panel. Hover over the Status icon and select Archive this Account.
