This is a quick reference sheet to walk you through how to access and complete your timesheet in the Impact Suite
This article and video use some generic terms that may be different on your organization's America Learns Impact Suite. Reporter = YOU! (Your Impact Suite might use: Fellow, Member, Tutor, Volunteer, or something else.) Site = Place where you served. (Your Impact Suite might use: Host Site, Community Host Partner or something else.)

Step-by-Step Instructions: Completing Your Timesheet
- Log in.
Start by logging into your Impact Suite. (Your username is your email address, and you will receive an email from America Learns to establish your password. Didn't get it? Reach out to your direct supervisor or program administrator.)
- Once you're logged in, on the right, you'll see your Timesheet Dashboard. You'll find timesheets you need to complete in the To Do section:
- Select the timesheet period to go to the the timesheet.

- When the timesheet opens:
- If you are assigned to more than one site, select a site and click either Update (for a single day) or Updates & Apply to All Days (for all days).

- If you are only assigned to one site, you are ready to begin your timesheet.

- If you are assigned to more than one site, select a site and click either Update (for a single day) or Updates & Apply to All Days (for all days).
- For days you served, complete your timesheet for each day of the week as instructed by your program team.

- For days you did not serve, check this box and select the option that makes the most sense from the drop-down menu.

- Save your timesheet if you need to navigate away from it. (Data won't be saved unless you follow these steps!)

- When you're done with the timesheet, scroll to the bottom, sign it, and move on with your day!
