DO NOT ARCHIVE FELLOWS WHO WILL SERVE IN COHORT 3.

Have Fellows returning to serve in Cohort 3? DO NOT archive these Fellows. Please review this article for the steps! ARTICLE UNDER CONTRUCTION!

IMPORTANT: Archiving a Fellow's account will prevent them from logging in, receiving communications, and remove them from certain reports.

    ARCHIVING DOES NOT DELETE DATA.

Deactivating a Fellow's account does not archive them.
  7. If your Fellow has outstanding time sheets or forms waiting for resubmission, you'll receive a message like this:

You will need to care for these time sheets first and then return to the Fellow's profile to archive the account.

See the section below called More Help: Why can't I archive my Fellow? for more help.
