Accessing an Individual's Timesheet Dashboard

The Timesheet Settings panel contains each reporter's timesheet association, template, personal start date, personal end date, and blackout dates. 


Importantly, you can access each individual's Timesheet Dashboard by clicking the Show Dashboard link here. 

To access this link, follow these steps: 

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.

  2. On the right, click Manage reporter accounts.

  3. Click the relevant reporter’s name.

  4. Open the Timesheet Settings panel.

  5. Click the Show Dashboard link. 


The Timesheet Dashboard

The Timesheet Dashboard is an essential tool for staff to understand what is happening with the reporter's timesheets. 


Here's a quick review of the Timesheet Dashboard components: 



 

ComponentDescription
1) The "Where You Are" TableThis table shows the following details:
  • Remaining Hours / Weeks Remaining
  • Pending Hours: Time that has not yet been approved.
  • Approved Hours: Time that has been approved. 
    • You can hide/show a breakout of time by your Categories or Subcategories.
2) Hide Details linkClick this link to hide/show a breakout of time by your Categories or Subcategories. 
3) Sheets Pending ApprovalTimesheets that are pending approval by staff/supervisors. 
4) Sheets That Need to Be SubmittedTimesheets available to the reporter that have not been submitted. 
5) Approved Sheets Timesheets that have been fully approved by staff/supervisors. 
6) Disallowed SheetsTimesheets for which time could not be approved. These hours are kept on record but do not count toward the reporter's minimum required time. (Check out this article on disallowed timesheets.)
