Link a Series of Reports to a Series of Timesheets (New Launches)
If you would like to link a series of reports to a series of timesheet periods from the same template (meaning the timesheet will not be able to be submitted until the linked report is submitted), then you will want to follow these steps.
Follow these steps to link your timesheets to your reports for reporters.
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click Report Management.
- On the right, click Schedule new launches.
- Select a Form > Click Set.
- Select a Frequency > Choose: Link Report Timesheet Periods.
- Choose the template to link to.
- Choose the Begin with timesheet period.
- Choose the End with timesheet period.
- Set the report to be extended for any number of days (optional).
- Review the Summary.
- Click Set.
- Choose the template to link to.
- Follow the remainder of the steps to complete the link.
