allowing staff to impersonate/log in as reporters or other staff

Impersonation of Reporters and Staff

Updating staff permissions to allow for impersonation of reporters and staff:

1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click the Members, Staff, & Sites.
   
   
2. On the right, click Manage staff roles.
   
   
3. Click on the role you would like to update.
   
   
4. Find the section(s) that need updating and give or retract access.
   
   To give the ability for staff with this role to impersonate Reporters, go to Reporter Account Management and select "Log In as/Impersonate Reporters".
   
   To give the ability for staff with this role to impersonate Staff, go to Staff Account Management and select "Log In as/Impersonate Staff Members".
   
   
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update.
