Exporting Identifier Assignment History to Excel

There may be times when you will need to see a list of all currently or previously assigned group identifiers for one or more reporters.

You can access an individual record of assignments by going to the reporter profile and review the Associations & Groups panel.

Like this:
 

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, select Groups.

  2. Find the section called Manage Groups and use the drop-down to choose the group you’d like to work on.

  3. On the top-right, use the More menu to click Export to Excel.

  4. Open the Assignment Details panel and select the fields you’d like to review. Like this:

  5. As you select them, notice that they will appear in the table at the bottom of your screen.

    If you would like to include the assignment dates click the Add Dates links.

  6. To export the report to Excel, click the Export button.

    Optionally, you can save the report by giving it a name and clicking Save.
