Adding more than 1 Reporter Account with the same First Name and Email Address

When adding reporter accounts the system is looking to see if the first name and the email address match. If they do, the system will automatically update the original account in the system. 

If you need to have multiple accounts with the same "first name" and email address, here's a workaround you can use to create them: 

1. Create Account 1. (Example: Reporter 123, email: test@americalearns.com)
   
2. When you create Account 2, slightly alter the first name. (Example: Reporter-1 234, email: test@americalearns.com)
   
   
3. Once the accounts are created, click on the hyperlink for the account with the alternate first name.
   
   
4. In the Name & Contact Details click the Edit button. Update the First Name and then click Update to save the change.
   
   Now, you have two accounts with the same "first name" and email address.
