Editing Blackout Dates for Individual Reporters

There may be times where you will have to edit blackout periods for individual reporters.


  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.

  2. On the right, click Manage reporter accounts.

  3. Click on the name of the reporter you would like to update.

  4. Find the Time Sheets Settings panel like the one in the following image, and click the green arrow to open:


  5. Click the Edit button. This pop-up window will open:



  6. Click Edit blackout dates.

  7. The following can be done in this pop-up:

    • Create a new blackout period;

    • Edit any currently active blackout periods;

    • Remove any existing blackout periods.



  8. Once the edits have been made, click Update.
