Editing Blackout Dates for Individual Reporters
There may be times where you will have to edit blackout periods for individual reporters.
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.
- On the right, click Manage reporter accounts.
- Click on the name of the reporter you would like to update.
- Find the Timesheets Settings panel like the one in the following image, and click the green arrow to open:
- Click the Edit button. This pop-up window will open:
- Click Edit blackout dates.
- The following can be done in this pop-up:
- Create a new blackout period;
- Edit any currently active blackout periods;
- Remove any existing blackout periods.
- Once the edits have been made, click Update.
