Deleting or Archiving Community Host Partners (Fellow Impact Suite)
Follow these steps to delete or deactivate Community Host Partners on the Fellow Impact Suite.
Sometimes, you will need to Delete a Community Host Partner (possible only if there is no data – reports or timesheets – connected to the Community Host Partner) or Archive a Community Host Partner.
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click the Fellows, Staff, & Community Host Partners.
- On the right side, click Manage community host partners & campuses.
- Select the checkboxes alongside those Community Host Partners you’d like to change.
- In the “Select action” drop-down menu at the top, you’ll see a number to the right of the “Select action” text. That number confirms the total number of Community Host Partners that you have selected.
- Open the drop-down menu and select the option that corresponds with the action you’d like to take.
- Remember that you will only be able to delete Community Host Partners with no data (reporting or timesheets) connected to them.
