Deleting or Archiving Community Host Partners (Fellow Impact Suite)

Follow these steps to delete or deactivate Community Host Partners on the Fellow Impact Suite


Sometimes, you will need to Delete a Community Host Partner (possible only if there is no data – reports or time sheets – connected to the Community Host Partner) or Archive a Community Host Partner.

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click the Fellows,Staff, & Community Host Partners.

  2. On the right side, click Manage community host partners & campuses. 

  3. Select the checkboxes alongside those Community Host Partners you’d like to change.

  4. In the “Select action” drop-down menu at the top, you’ll see a number to the right of the “Select action” text.  That number confirms the total number of Community Host Partners that you have selected.

  5. Open the drop-down menu and select the option that corresponds with the action you’d like to take.

  6. Remember that you will only be able to delete Community Host Partners with no data (reporting or time sheets) connected to them.
