Reset your SignNow Password

After America Learns establishes your SignNow account and password, please take a few minutes to create a new secure password. 

Here are the steps.

STEP 1: Reset your Password in SignNow

1. Head to signnow.com.
   
   
2. Click Login. 
   
   
3. Enter your America Learns SignNow username (enter_your_impact_suite_URL_here@americalearns.net). 
   If you can't find this or don't remember it, email us: support@americalearns.net.)
   
   
4. Enter your current SignNow password. (Please ensure no blank spaces are introduced at the end of the password when copying and pasting. We recommend clicking the Show password link to double-check this.)
   
   
5. Click Log In. 
   
   
6. On the top right, use the drop-down menu to select My Account.
   
   
7. On the left, click Settings. 
   
   
8. Find Password and click Change. 
   
   
9. Enter your current password and then create a new password. 
   
   
10. Next, you will need to update your SignNow password in America Learns. The next step is super import. If you skip Step 2, your reporters will not be able to sign documents. 
    
    

STEP 2: Update Your SignNow Password in Your Impact Suite

1. Login to your Impact Suite here. 
   
   
2. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, and Sites. 
   
   
3. On the right, click Manage reporter accounts. 
   
   
4. Use the More drop-down menu and select Manage Fields and Profile Layout. 
   
   
5. Find a SignNow field with one of these two options, Upload Your First Template or Upload Another Template, and click the link.
   
   
6. Enter your America Learns SignNow email and your NEW password, and click Log In.
   
   
7. Once you do this, your API and new password will be in sync.
