Exporting Sheets to PDFs
Follow these steps:
On the left, in your Mission Control, click Timesheets.
On the right, select View program-wide data or View site data.
On the next page, select the Timesheet Template at issue.
At the bottom of the page, select Export Printable Sheets.
On the next page, click the categories you’d like to include in your sheets. Each category will open to display the various data points that you can choose from.
You may include an unlimited number of data points.- In the Reporter Selection section, choose to either export time sheets for all reporters or for specific individuals.
- At the bottom of the page, select the time period that the export should include. Each date range in the drop down menu (e.g., March 9, 2014 – March 15, 2012) represents a single time sheet period.
- Click either:
Export Full PDF Report; or
Export Condensed Report (a tree-friendlier option).
The Impact Suite will e-mail a download link to you when the report is ready.
