Finding a Newly Added Reporter
The most likely cause for not being able to see a reporter is that the admin account in America Learns is not assigned to that reporter's site or sites. (Note: you will have to have permission under Admin Account Management "Edit, Archive & Delete Admin Accounts " in order to perform this task.)
Here's how to fix it:
On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Admin, and Sites.
On the right, click Manage admin accounts.
- Next, find and click the admin reporter's name having trouble accessing the reporter's account.
Scroll to the bottom of the admin reporter's account settings page and make sure that they are connected to the site the reporter is connected to. If not, assign them to the site and click Update.
