FAQ: We can't upload any more files in a field. How do I increase the number of files they can upload?
Here are the steps to increase the number of files in a field:
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.
- On the right, select the profile you would like to edit. Is this field for a) Reporter, b) Staff, or c) Site Profile?
Select the corresponding management area: - At the top right, use the More drop-down menu and select Manage Fields and Profile Layout.
- Open the respective panel and click on the field you'd like to edit.
- A pop-up window will appear to edit this field. Scroll down to the section labeled Field Type.
- Under the area that states, "Please select the total number of files that may be attached to this field." increase the number of files to your desired number. (You can attach up to 10.)
- After selecting your desired number of files, scroll to the bottom of the window and press Update.
- That's it! Your people will be able to upload the number of files you've allotted.
