Restoring Staff Accounts in Bulk

To restore accounts, follow these steps:

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.

  2. On the right, click Manage staff accounts.

  3. Use the Customize a View section near the top of the page to select Archived Staff and click View.
  4. Select the check-boxes alongside those staff members whose accounts you’d like to reactivate.
  5. In the Select action drop-down menu at the top, select the appropriate option Restore Selected.

Restoring Individual Accounts

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.

  2. On the right, click Manage staff accounts.

  3. Use the Customize a View section near the top of the page to select Archived Staff and click View.
  4. Click on the name of the individual staff member you would like to activate or archive.

    1. Archiving or Restoring Staff members. To archive or restore an account. Just click this icon: 
    2. Deleting Staff members. If there is no data connected to an account, you can delete it at any time by clicking this icon:
