CLLS: archiving, restoring, deleting tutor accounts

There will be times you will need to archive (or restore) and delete tutor accounts.

Here’s what you need to know.

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Tutors, Staff & Sites.

  2. On the right, click Create and manage tutors.

  3. Use the Customize a View Section near the top of the page to select which group you’d like to focus on (All currently-enrolled then choose from: Archivable, Deletable, or Non-archivable) and click View.

  4. Select the checkboxes alongside those tutors whose accounts you’d like to archive or delete.


  5. In the “Select action” drop-down menu at the top, you’ll see a number to the right of the “Select action” text.  That number confirms the total number of tutors that you have selected.

  6. Open the drop-down menu and select the appropriate option.


Individual Actions

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Tutors, Staff & Sites.

  2. On the right, click Create and manage tutors.

  3. Use the Customize a View Section near the top of the page to select which group you’d like to focus on (All currently-enrolled then choose from: Archivable, Deletable, or Non-archivable) and click View.

  4. Click on the name of the individual tutor you would like to archive, restore or delete.

Deleting Tutors. If there is no data connected to an account, you can delete it at any time by clicking this icon: 

Archiving Tutors. If the account you wish to remove from your active roster list does have data you’ll have the option to archive. Just click this icon:

Restoring Tutors. If the account is archived and you wish to restore it, simply click this icon:
