Link a Series of Reports to a Series of Time Sheets (New Launches)

If you would like to link a series of reports to a series of time sheet periods from the same template (meaning the time sheet will not be able to be submitted until the linked report is submitted), then you will want to follow these steps.


Follow these steps to link your time sheets to your reports for reporters.

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Report Management.

  2. On the right, click Schedule new launches.

  3. Select a Form > Click Set.

  4. Select a Frequency > Choose: Link Report Time Sheet Periods.
    • Choose the template to link to. 

    • Choose the Begin with time sheet period.

    • Choose the End with time sheet period.

    • Set the report to be extended for any number of days (optional).

    • Review the Summary.

    • Click Set.
  5. Follow the remainder of the steps to complete the link.
