Link Individual Reports to Timesheet Periods (New Launches)
If you need more flexibility and would like to link individual reports to one-or-more timesheet periods (perhaps across timesheet templates) (meaning the timesheet will not be able to be submitted until the linked report is submitted), then you will want to follow these steps.
Follow these steps to link your timesheets to your reports for reporters.
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click Report Management.
- On the right, click Schedule new launches.
- Select a Form > Click Set.
- Select a Frequency > Choose either: One Time, Weekly, or Monthly. > Follow the steps to set start dates, extensions, and final launch dates. > Click Set.
- Link Reports to Timesheet Periods.
- Select the launch period you would like to link timesheets to.
- Select the Timesheet Template.
- Select the timesheet period(s) that you would like to link to the selected launch. Repeat as needed for each launch period you would like to link
- To move to the next step, click Set.
- Select the launch period you would like to link timesheets to.
- Follow the remainder of the steps to complete the link.
