Where the Messages are Sent From

We take the following steps in order to ensure that all messages reach their intended recipients:

  • All outgoing messages are encrypted – this is especially important for getting messages through sensitive government and corporate spam filters.

  • While all outgoing e-mails are sent from replytosender@americalearns.net rather than your own address, if a recipient replies they will be replying to the sender’s email address. We take this extra step to prevent spam filters from blocking your e-mails.

  • All outgoing texts are sent through a randomly-generated four-digit number – a strategy to avoid spam filters.  When you send these messages, we recommend clicking the option to include your e-mail address or mobile number so the recipient has an easy way to reply.

If you include your e-mail address and/or mobile number, folks will be able to click it from within their texting app on their phones and enter a quick reply.

Please note: The “include my mobile number” option only appears if you have entered your mobile address and carrier in your staff profile.
