How Folks will know whom the Messages were from
When messages are sent from your Communications Portal, here's how we'll help to make sure folks know the messages are from you:
- Messages will be sent from replytosender@americalearns.net.
- At the bottom of every email, a note will appear informing recipients who sent the message and where replies will be sent.
For example, if Bells Hooks is sending the email from your organization, at the bottom of the email recipients will see this note:
***IMPORTANT***
Replies to this e-mail will be sent to Bell Hooks. Additionally, to make sure recipients always know the email is coming from you, emails' subjects will always begin with your program's name or abbreviation.
If you log into your Communications Portal and scroll to the bottom, you'll see that prefix waiting for you in the Subject field.
