signing (certifying) surveys in the action center

TABLE OF CONTENTS


The Action Center is designed to connect you to the items in your Impact Suite that need your immediate attention. 


Navigate between actions, for which you have permission to access, by using this drop-down menu:


Signing or Certifying Surveys

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Action Center.
  2. When the Action Center opens, use the Go to drop-down menu and select View Individual Survey Data.

  3. Find the reporter and click on the Edit link.

  4. The survey will open in a new tab.
  5. Review the data and then scroll to the survey certification question.

  6. Click Edit this response on your own.

  7. Fill in the text field as required by your program.

  8. Enter any notes, sign, and date the certification.

  9. Click Submit to save your changes.
