Navigation
The Action Center is designed to connect you to the items in your Impact Suite that need your immediate attention.
Navigate between actions you've been given permission to access by using this drop-down menu:

The Basics
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click Action Center. (You will also be able to see how many items are waiting for your review.)
- When the Action Center opens, use the Go to drop-down menu and select View Individual Survey Data.

- New surveys will be highlighted with the "new" icon.
- Click on the graph icon to open the survey in a new tab.
- To make edits to a survey, click on the Edit button.
- If other admin have edited details on the survey, you'll see their details here.
- Once you've viewed or edited data, you can return to the Action Center by toggling to the original tab.
Note: the number of pending items will update once you click the Refresh Table link.
Other Options

- Return to your Mission Control by clicking Back.
- Click Access All Survey Data to go to the survey data management screen.
- Filter the surveys you see by clicking the Filter Results by Date link.
- Navigate pages of surveys using the Previous Page and Next Page links.
- Search tables using the Filter by Name field.
- Access the Completion Tracker with this link.
- View or Export Data here.
Managing Your Action Center from Individual Data Viewing Pages
You will also be able to manage which surveys appear, reappear, or are starred in your Action Center from your reporters' individual data viewing pages.
- From the Action Center, click on the graph icon to open the surveys individual data viewing page in a new tab.

- By clicking this icon, your Impact Suite will mark the survey as read the next time you view and refresh your Action Center.
- On the individual data viewing page, you can make updates to the status of the survey in your Action Center by clicking Update My Action Center.

- This will open a window that will allow you to perform the following actions:

Restoring Removed Surveys to the Action Center
If you have previously removed the survey from your Action Center and want to restore it, follow these steps:
- Open the individual data viewing page for the survey and click Update My Action Center.

- A window will open. Choose the best option and click Submit to restore the survey to the Action Center:

Using the Select action Drop-down Menu
Within your Action Center, you'll have control over which surveys remain in your Action Center:
- When the Action Center opens, use the Go to drop-down menu and select View Individual Survey Data.
- Then use the Select action drop-down menu to perform the following actions:

Starring and Sorting Surveys
Within your Action Center, you'll have the ability to highlight surveys using stars and then organize them using this feature.
- When the Action Center opens, use the Go to drop-down menu and select View Individual Survey Data.
- You can organize and sort surveys using the function arrow found here to sort and filter the surveys you see in your Action Center:

Admin Permissions
In order to access the Action Center, you'll need to turn it on in each applicable Admin Role.
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click the Manage Reporters, Admin, & Sites.
- On the right, click Manage admin roles.
- Find the role you would like to change and click the Edit link.
- When the window opens, you can turn on permissions to View Individual Survey Data here:

- To save your changes, scroll to the bottom of the window and click Update.
