The Action Center is designed to connect you to the items in your Impact Suite that need your immediate attention.
Navigate between actions, for which you have permission to access, by using this drop-down menu:
Screening Timesheets
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click Action Center. (You will also be able to see how many items are waiting for your review.)
- When the Action Center opens, use the Go to drop-down menu and select Screen Pending Timesheets.
- Click on any reporter to open their timesheet in a new tab.
- Once you've approved or rejected the timesheet, you can return to the Action Center by toggling to the original tab. Note the number of pending items will be automatically updated.
Other Action Center Features
- Return to your Mission Control by clicking Back.
- Click All Timesheet Features to access all other timesheet reports.
- To refresh any table in the Action Center, simply click the Refresh Table link.
- Search tables using the Filter by Name field.
- Access the report that lists folks who have not submitted timesheets by clicking on this link.
Staff Permissions
In order to access the Action Center, you'll need to turn it on in each applicable Staff Role.
- On the left, in your Mission Control, click the Reporters, Staff, &Sites.
- On the right, click Manage staff roles.
- Find the role you would like to change and click the Edit link.
- When the window opens, you can turn on permissions to Screen Pending Timesheets here:
- To save your changes, scroll to the bottom of the window and click Update.
