Small Change to Make Time Sheets Easier to Read

We're introducing a small change that we hope will make the time sheet easier to read and friendlier.

Instead of displaying time for each day using decimals (2.5 hours) we'll be showing the time as hours: minutes (2:30), which mirrors how time is entered in the system. 

You will also see a small change in the Total for the Period table. Hovering over the question mark icon will produce a small window that reveals decimal time shown in hours and minutes.
