Step-by-Step Instructions: Completing Your Time Sheet

  1. Log in.

Start by logging into your Impact Suite. (Your username is your email address and you will receive an email from America Learns to establish your password. Didn't get it? Reach out to your direct supervisor or program administrator.)

  2. Once you're logged in, on the right you'll see your Time Sheet dashboard.

  3. Scroll to the section called Submit Time Sheets and click the link to begin.

  4. When the time sheet opens:
    • If you are assigned to more than one site, select a site and click either Update (for a single day) or Updates & Apply to All Days (for all days).

    • If you are only assigned to one site, you are ready to begin your sheet.

  5.  For days you served, complete your time sheet for each day of the week as instructed by your program team.
  6. For days you did not serve, check this box and select the option that makes the most sense from the drop-down menu.

  7. Save your time sheet if you need to navigate away from it. (Data won't be saved unless you follow these steps!)

  8. When you're done with the sheet, scroll to the bottom, sign it, and move on with your day!
