Sometimes, you will need to archive (or restore) and delete reporter accounts.

Here’s what you need to know.
On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.
On the right, click Manage reporter accounts.
Use the Customize a View Section near the top of the page to select which group you’d like to focus on (All currently-enrolled then choose from: Archivable, Deletable, or Non-archivable and non-deletable reporters) and click View.
Select the checkboxes alongside those reporters whose accounts you’d like to archive or delete.
In the “Select action” drop-down menu at the top, you’ll see a number to the right of the “Select action” text. That number confirms the total number of reporters that you have selected.
Open the drop-down menu and select the appropriate option.
Individual Actions
On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.
On the right, click Manager reporter accounts.
Use the Customize a View Section near the top of the page to select which group you’d like to focus on (All currently-enrolled then choose from: Archivable, Deletable, or Non-archivable and non-deletable reporters) and click View.
Click on the name of the individual reporter you would like to archive, restore or delete.
Deleting Reporters. If there is no data connected to an account, you can delete it at any time by clicking this icon:
Archiving Reporters. If the account you wish to remove from your active roster list does have data you’ll have the option to archive. Just click this icon:
Restoring Reporters. If the account is archived and you wish to restore it, simply click this icon:
