Enroll Reporters One-by-One

To enroll reporters one at a time:

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click Reporters, Staff, & Sites.

  2. On the right, click Manage reporter accounts.

  3. On the top of the page, select Add a New Reporter, and enter the name and e-mail address of a reporter.

  4. If you want the reporter to receive an e-mail with instructions for setting up their password and account immediately, leave the checkbox at the bottom of the form selected (Send the password setup e-mail now). Otherwise, uncheck the box. (You can send this later.)

  5. Click Add to create the account.

Note: Want to require more information beyond name and email? (Think host site and timesheet assignment!) Check out this article to learn how!

  6. If you opted to send the setup e-mail later, when you’re ready to send it, find the reporters at issue in the table at the bottom of the page, checking the box next to their name.

Then, use the Select Action drop-down menu to Send Welcome/Password Setup E-mail to Selected Reporters.

Or, you can use the option to Send Welcome/Password Setup E-mail to All Reporters Without Passwords.

As with staff, you can also send individual welcome e-mails to reporters from each person’s profile page.

Enroll Reporters Using Excel (En Masse)

You may enroll your reporters in the Impact Suite all at once using a custom Excel template (see this article).
