SMS opt-in Language
If you'll be seeking consent to message your people through the Impact Suite from outside of the platform (which is required for all people enrolled as Group identifiers), here's a sample form you can use.

SMS Opt-in Form

Note that messages will be sent through America Learns’ Impact Suite platform and will be governed by the terms of service at https://americalearns.com/sms.
Once you begin to receive texts, you can reply HELP for help, or STOP to stop receiving texts. Message and data rates may apply based on your plan.
You can stop receiving these texts at any time by texting STOP to 42680, or by informing a staff member with our organization.
