Boosting Completion Rates: To Dos before each Launch

  1. Make sure individuals understand the reasons your organization invested in the Impact Suite

    Reference the framing statement that you created when first implementing

    Organizations that make sure their people understand the purpose of the Impact Suite and communicate that their people will receive a benefit from it tend to have much higher completion rates than those organizations that tell their people,

    “This is something you need to do as a part of your time here” or

    “This is your reporting system.”

  2. Call or E-mail Individuals Who Have Not Been Completing the Reports to Make Sure they Understand Their Purpose

  3. Be Sure Your Report Takers Understand the Purpose of the Strategy Sharing and Goal/Challenge Reflection Questions

    Whenever possible, walk your people through these questions before they begin to use the Impact Suite. Otherwise, seeing them appear out of nowhere can feel like a shock (due to their size).

    If you see confusion about whether the strategy sharing question is a mandatory question (it isn’t), ask America Learns to customize the text of the question for you so that people always know it’s optional.
