viewing goals in the roles and goals tracker (CLLS)

Choose which way you'd like to view your Roles & Goals tracking data on screen in your Impact Suite. 


View Via Program-wide Data

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click the Report Data link on the left.

  2. On the right-hand side of the page, click Program-wide data.

  3. Step 1 - Choose View Data, and click Set to move to the next step.

  4. Step 2 - Select your date range by using the drop-down menus to select your start (From) and end dates (To).

    If you need to export data from specific reports during a given period of time, enter that time in the To and From menus, and then select the specific reports by clicking Select specific reports from this period (optional).

    To move to the next step, click Set.

  5. Step 3 - Select the data include by choosing an option (All Data or Saved Selections or Customize).

    Click Set to save your selections.

  6. To see your selection, click the View Data button.

  7. You’ll find the Raw data and Unduplicated (UnDup’d) numbers. For CLLS reporting, the unduplicated number will be helpful when reporting the number of learners who set/made progress/met each goal.
  8. Select Break Out By Goal to view the numbers of goals set/made progress/met by goal.
  9. Selecting Show Unduplicated Data will display the number of learners who set/made progress/met that goal.



View Via Site Data

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click the Report Data link on the left.

  2. On the right-hand side of the page, click Site data.

  3. Step 1 - Choose View Data, and click Set to move to the next step.

  4. Step 2 - Select the sites you would like to include. (Use Select All to select all available sites or pick from the available sites by checking the boxes.)

    Click Set to move to the next step.

  5. Step 3 - Select your date range by using the drop-down menus to select your start (From) and end dates (To).

    If you need to export data from specific reports during a given period of time, enter that time in the To and From menus, and then select the specific reports by clicking Select specific reports from this period (optional).

    To move to the next step, click Set.


  6. Step 4 - Select the data include by choosing an option (All Data or Saved Selections or Customize).

    Click Set to save your selections.

  7. To see your selection, click the View Data button.

View Via Your Group Data

  1. On the left, in your Mission Control, click the Report Data link on the left.

  2. On the right-hand side of the page, click Group data.

  3. Step 1 - Choose View Data, and click Set to move to the next step.

  4. Step 2 - Select your Groups, and click Set to move to the next step.



  5.  Step 3 - Select All identifiers with data.  Select All archived learners. Click Select All

  6. Click Set to save your selections.



  7.  Step 4 - Select your date range by using the drop-down menus to select your start (From) and end dates (To). If you need to export data from specific reports during a given period of time, enter that time in the To and From menus, and then select the specific reports by clicking Select specific reports from this period (optional).
     


     
  8. Step 5 - Select the data to include by choosing an option (All Data or Saved Selections or Customize).

     

  9. To see your selection, click the View Data button.
