CLLS: prep for the 2021-2022 reporting year

The following checklist will help you prepare for the 2021-2022 Final Report.

(You may also find this glossary helpful when viewing the links below.)

 

Tutor/Volunteer Management (do this prior to June 30th)

o Ensure that all tutors have demographics (current CLLS requirements)

                            Use the export feature to find missing data


Learners (do this prior to June 30th) 

o Ensure that all tutors have demographics (current CLLS requirements)

                      Use the export feature to find missing data


June 30 snapshot

o Export tutor and learner demographic data and status (active, waiting, left, etc.)


Instructional and Volunteer Hours

o Ensure that all reports have been submitted from eligible tutors

              o Use the completion tracker to find missing reports (here’s how)

              o If needed, enter the data by impersonating the tutor/volunteer (here’s how)

 

Roles and Goals

o Review roles and goals data

          o Have all the goals been reported? When looking at the data, keep in mind the following terms:

                    Raw: the number of goals set/met/made progress

                    Unduplicated: the number of learners that set/met/made progress on that goal


After June 30

o Unmatch and archive tutors and learners that are no longer active in the program.
